Delivery and Policies

Exchange only conditional 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyers are responsible for return and replacement shipping cost.  Exchanges are primarily accepted on armor items. Other items will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and RMA, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are requested to be cancelled and refunded before shipping:  Order cancellation will be authorized on a case by case basis. Custom orders or personalized items can not be refunded after they have been constructed. Authorized cancelled orders will be refunded minus a 5.8% non-refundable transaction processing fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, or custom sized products, for example XXS, XXL or equivalent. Custom products includes items with non-standard paint finish. We also do not accept returns for mechanical wings, the titanium staff, or exo gauntlet. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Exchanges are primarily accepted on armor items. Other items will be assessed on a case by case basis.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping
Orders are shipped by Canada Post.  Tracking is standard with all delivery methods.  Need your items to arrive quicker? DHL EXPRESS International Shipping is available by request. Contact  bionicconcepts@gmail.com

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any potential customs duties on receipt of the package.

 

Build Time
Most products are made per order, standard build times vary from 1-2 weeks for smaller items like the hand armor or gauntlets.  And 6 weeks or more for custom items or complex builds. If you need your items sooner RUSH ORDERS are available for a $30-100 fee on standard items.  Contact  bionicconcepts@gmail.com
