Delivery and Policies
Exchange only conditional 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Buyers are responsible for return and replacement shipping cost. Exchanges are primarily accepted on armor items. Other items will be assessed on a case by case basis.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and RMA, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products, or custom sized products, for example XXS, XXL or equivalent. Custom products includes items with non-standard paint finish. We also do not accept returns for mechanical wings, the titanium staff, or exo gauntlet. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unscratched, undamaged, and shipped back in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. The buyer is responsible for paying any potential customs duties on receipt of the package.
Most products are made per order, standard build times vary from 1-2 weeks for smaller items like the hand armor or gauntlets. And 6 weeks or more for custom items or complex builds.
